Please read our terms carefully before using the British Restaurant Awards website.
The British Restaurant Awards (BRA) is Britain's premier culinary awards platform, celebrating restaurant excellence across the nation. Each year, thousands of diners, industry professionals and food lovers nominate and vote for their favourite restaurants and culinary talents.
Sponsorship
Note that all sponsorship fees are non-refundable for any event once fees have been paid. If for some reason you are no longer able to attend or market at the event, we would only be able to suggest postponing the package you have purchased for the next year with similar terms. Additionally, all agreements to offer are made explicitly by an offer and acceptance and do not require a signed contract.
Tickets
The value of the tickets is advertised for the event as shown. Once purchased, no refunds will be made possible except where the event is cancelled, in which case refunds will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the event date is postponed due to force majeure, your tickets will be transferred to the new date. The event is also not sold on the basis of talent, artists, and or celebrities in attendance.
Event Rescheduling and Refund Policy Clause
1. Right to Reschedule
The British Restaurant Awards (hereinafter "BRA") reserves the full and exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule the date(s) of the event to an alternative date. Such rescheduling may occur due to, but is not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, venue conflicts, production considerations, government mandates, or any other reason deemed necessary by BRA.
2. Binding Agreement to New Date
All sponsorship agreements, ticket purchases, or partnerships entered into in relation to the originally scheduled BRA event shall remain fully binding and enforceable for the rescheduled event date. All participating sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and attendees expressly agree to honour their commitments under the same terms for the newly announced date.
3. Notification and Communication Obligation
BRA shall provide written notice of the date change to all stakeholders no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled event date. Notice shall be deemed effective upon delivery via email or written communication to the designated contact on file.
4. No Refund or Compensation
Under no circumstances shall BRA be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense incurred by any sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, or attendee as a result of the event being rescheduled, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, staffing, marketing, or third-party contractual arrangements. No refunds, partial or full, shall be due, payable, or issued in connection with the change of date, provided that BRA has met its obligation to give a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' notice of the rescheduling.
5. Continued Performance
All obligations, financial or otherwise, including sponsorship fees, promotional commitments, deliverables, and entitlements, shall transfer to and remain applicable for the rescheduled date. Failure to perform due to the change of date shall constitute a breach of agreement by the sponsor or stakeholder.
6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By entering into this agreement, all parties confirm that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted this Event Rescheduling and Refund Policy as a material condition of their participation in the BRA event.
Voting
The British Restaurant Awards voting platform is open to British residents and the international dining community. Voting is conducted annually across all award categories.

Only one vote is allowed per person per category.

Voters must register with correct contact details as BRA staff will from time to time contact random voters to verify votes cast.
Additional Terms
Additional terms will apply to any booking that you make through this website and to our use of your registration and other personal data, which is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your registration data may be used to market products and services from our sponsors, associates and partners, subject to your consent as required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

The copyright and all other rights in the material on this website are owned by British Restaurant Awards or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. As a visitor to this website, you may download a single copy of the material on a single computer for your own private viewing purposes only. No copying or distribution of material on this website for any commercial or business use is permitted without our prior written consent. If you send any text, images, audio or other content to this website you accept that the files sent, and all rights therein, become the sole property of British Restaurant Awards and that we shall have the right to use that content in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all known and discovered mediums and for all purposes. Photography Usage and Content Removal Clause
Photography Usage Clause
Any photographs taken by press agencies, photographers, or media personnel at the British Restaurant Awards (BRA) event are subject to being reposted on the BRA website without infringing upon any royalty clauses by users. By attending the BRA event and being accredited to cover it, individuals agree to grant the BRA website the right to use and repost any such photographs as user-generated content.
Content Removal Clause
In the event that a rights holder wishes to have their photograph removed from the BRA website, they must provide written evidence of their ownership or rights to the photograph. Upon receipt of such evidence, BRA will undertake to remove the infringing content within 14 days of receiving the written request.
Disclaimer
It is important to note that the BRA website does not engage in the payment for any content posted by users on the website or taken at BRA events. By attending the British Restaurant Awards and being accredited to cover the event, individuals acknowledge and agree to these terms.
