The seventh edition celebrated a new generation of British restaurant excellence alongside some of the country's most respected culinary names.
The 2025 British Restaurant Awards recognised an outstanding collection of chefs, restaurants, hospitality teams and culinary businesses from across the United Kingdom.
The winner list brought together acclaimed fine dining destinations, independent restaurants, leading hospitality groups, regional favourites and emerging culinary talent.
Robert Thompson MBE was named Best Chef, Ruth Hansom received Best Young Chef and Shakara in London was recognised as Best New Restaurant.
Happy in London was recognised as Restaurant of the Year and Best Restaurant in London, while Bleu Steakhouse received awards for Best Hospitality Team and Best Culinary Experience.
